Although we only stayed one day in this hotel, we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the hospitality and the warm welcome. The two receptionists were very sympathetic and friendly. They welcomed us with a nice smile :), as did the rest of the staff. We can't wait to return to this hotel, thank you for this quality welcome, we had a wonderful day :)

As we were having an extended 5 week holiday in Madeira, it made sense to visit Porto Santo. It was only going to be for a day but we decided to make it an overnight stay. In retrospect we wish we'd made it longer as it's so peaceful here. The hotel is right on the beach, has a nice pool, the rooms were good and we found the staff friendly. The restaurant serves a fixed price buffet which was good as was the breakfast.

Decent beach hotel. Rooms are clean and ok. Eating at the hotel’s restaurants is not recommended. Breakfast is also not recommended. The trouble is that there are very few decent restaurants on the island.

+ clean rooms + nice beds + super nice and friendly staff at reception + great location - view from the balcony was to a side yard/bush, with a wanky smell - breakfast was basic, not a four star hotel quality (no smiles from the staff there either) - no sunbeds for hotel guests at the beach, 4 stars? - the beach bar wasn't open at all (stayed for three days) Our overall experince was a 3 star stay with almost a 5 star price.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff is super polite, kind, competent and always ready to help. The rooms are a generous size and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied and the food in the hotel's restaurants is also excellent. I also advise the use of the sauna, and the swimming pool. The jacuzzi was unfortunately out of order. I strongly advise you to stay at the hotel.

A great place to stay. Nice, spacious and clean rooms, renovated bathrooms. Direct beach access, nice pool and sun loungers. Great breakfast with wide variety and restaurant on the beach. Very calm and silent at night. 5min walking to the village center.

This review reports to the restaurant by the sea: Shameful service for such a lovely place, by the sea. Staff just cut the ambience music by 22h30, when they're closing time was only at 23h00. They even brought us the bill at 22h45, without us asking it, not leaving us any choice other than just leave. We felt very unwelcome and we shall not return. A sad moment for Porto Santo's hospitality.
